1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AgentHub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AgentHub is an AI-powered productivity platform that provides intelligent agents for various tasks including chat, document summarization, translation, semantic analysis, Q&A systems, and autonomous task automation. The Service is provided by CurrVerse.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

AgentHub offers various subscription plans with different usage limits and features:

• Free Plan: Limited usage with basic features
• Basic Plan: $9.99/month with expanded limits
• Pro Plan: $29.99/month with advanced features and API access
• Enterprise Plan: $99.99/month with unlimited usage and dedicated support

Certain features of the Service may require you to pay fees. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. Unless otherwise specifically provided for in these Terms, all fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable, except as required by law. The pricing and payment terms in this Section 4 are subject to any pricing and payment terms set forth in an Order Form.

To facilitate payment for the Service via bank account, credit card, or debit card, we use Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), a third-party payment processor. These payment processing services are provided by Paddle and are subject to the Paddle terms and conditions and other policies available at https://paddle.com/legal and Paddle's Privacy Policy available at: https://paddle.com/privacy (collectively, the "Paddle Agreements"). By agreeing to these Terms, users that use the payment functions of the Service also agree to be bound by the Paddle Agreements, as the same may be modified by Paddle from time to time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without proper authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CurrVerse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurrVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specifically provided for in these Terms, all fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable, except as required by law. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Enterprise customers may have different refund terms as specified in their service agreement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CurrVerse operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
